• Make all attempts to keep to your appointment. If they need to change the appointment they will contact you
• If they are running late they will let you know
• Will inform you immediately if there is any change to the initial quote
• Will at all times be professional
• Will keep you updated as to the status of your job, especially if anything changes
• Will complete the work to the best possible quality
